NICE INFO! Thanks for post. I hope everyone reads the part about haste. I play a Bard as my main. I try to explain haste till my fingers are bruised from typing and when I'm done sometimes I still don't think they get it. I've had many a group with a Chanter, Bst,or Shaman ( any 2 of 3) and there convinced that there hastes stack because both icons are up but really only the higher haste is in effect. I've since given up trying to explain it especially to meleers that are constantly crying for haste when I'm there adding 90% and breaking the cap. Of course if there is a Chanter in the group then there can be some benefit to having his/her haste in addition to Bard songs.
