Was never really a fan of monster missions, but I did them every now and then..
Now I need a place to level
I'm level 53...I've been told PoV but i dont have the flag for it.
And PoJ is always deserted
I'm a ranger btw.

You should be able to zone into POV anyways. Some of the planar zones were given a level flag as well as the actual progression flag to get in. BoT is another one of these zones. You can zone in at 62+ or get the flag before 62 and zone in.
Try fear kiting in Jaggedpine Forest.
Also try Natimbi.

The Grey and Scarlet Desert are both "Hot Spots" now. Kinda out of the way but might be worth a try.
Being a ranger, you might not be able to efficiently solo all of these, but here are some of my favorite solo zones for that level range:

The Hole
Dranik's Scar
Velks
Chardok
Great places to bring a group include:
Sebilis (key is required)
The Deep
PoI
Velks (again)

You could also get into PoV via the 85/15 rule. As long as 85% of your group can 'legitamently' get into the zone, you, being in the 15% minority, will also be able to zone in.
Also at level 53 zones such as Velks, Nadox, Torrigan Mines are always an option. You might want to check out getting into (or starting) a Dranik's Scar expedition too. XP there is pretty nice, and you have a chance to get some decent selling loot (augs, slugworms...etc).
Don't need a key to get INTO Chardok, but there are a couple locked doors that a rogue will need to unlock if you decide to go further in.

Ack, I meant Charsis, not Chardok. It's one of those "Ch" Kunark zones.

At 53 you should be able to get some desent exp in The Hole. You will have to move past the massives in the Pit Area don't think they can be rooted or snared. Also if you have Chardok faction (can be gotten from Goblins in Nurga) Chardok B has some good exp with Undead mobs. Both zones are on the current Hotspot list
Where is a safe pull spot in the Hole past the golem entrance and the bridge over the massive constraints???

My 2 favorite spots in the mid 50's were PoJ down in the room leading to Mavuin and Greig's End at the Gate. Both will require a group but great experience.
