Hello everyone,
I am posting because I have a question about account recovery on EQ. I am trying to find a phone number or something to call in order to recover my characters. I have not played in about 3 years, so I don't know that they will be able to recover anyway, but I certainly want to try. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks so much.

If you remember your original station name and password then all you have to do is load up eq and enter that info. You will be taken to billing when you try to enter the game.
If not you may have to remember the original payment ( ie which credit card did you use).
