What is the best joke you played on another toon?Follow
I play a Bard I still have fun charming a mob in newbie zone and giving it a nice looking weapon. Usually just some vendor trash weapon from an expansion but definatly out of place looking. The first person that sees it will usually walk up to it, look at it a second and then kill it out of curiousity.

Money is no drop now because of an exploit long ago. On my server before the bazaar NFP was the auction spot. Someone would advertise an item for sale, usually a nice item like a fungi tunic and under price it. Then they would sit on a wall or roof and when a buyer went to make a trade with plat he would be out of range and his plat would fall on the ground. The sellers partner would be waiting to snatch up the plat.
I have a funny one that I use to do ALOT but have not done it in a long time.
When I first starting playing a friend told me about the /doability in the socails. So I made a hotkey that would be as follows
/attack off
/pet attack
/doability 1
/doability 2
/attack on
well Ability 1 was BEG, ability 2 was slam. It worked great but I had no idea what begging was actually for, but WOW was my skill rocking.
Around level 30 I was with another friend that I had not known long and we were fighting in e.karana, and had stopped to med in a small camp with npc's all around. Well he went AFK and I got bored so I started to beg off one of the merchants there.
About every 3 or 4 begs the merchant would say, here Uuggerr take this and leave me alone. It was only a copper or 2 I would get.
When my friend got back he asked me what I was doing and I explained it to him.
Before I had a chance to explain that my begging skill was over 100,he had targeted the merchant and clicked BEG.
Needless to say I had to wait for the scoin to teleport him back. And this gave me an evil idea.
A few days later I was bored with nothing to do so I headed off to e.commons and sat at the druid ring. It didnt take long for the fun to start.
Me, sitting begging off a druid merchant.
noob ports into druid ring and see's the system messages and stops and stares.
NPC: Here uuggerr take this and leave me along
noob: What are you doing?
Uuggerr: Begging off the npc
NPC: Here uuggerr take this and leave me be
NPC: Here uuggerr take this and leave me be
NPC: Here uuggerr take this and leave me be
noob: What is he giving you?
Uuggerr: blah nothing really, just got this <Fine Steel Dagger>
NPC: Here uuggerr take this and leave me be
NPC: Here uuggerr take this and leave me be
noob: What did you get then
Uuggerr: its getting better, just got a <Chipped bone bracelt>
noob: Cool, how do you beg?
NPC: Here uuggerr take this and leave me be
uuggerr: its an ability (explains to noob where and how to make it)
NPC: Here uuggerr take this and leave me be
uuggerr: HOLY CRAP, I got this!!!! <ear ring of solstice>
noob: JESUSSSS
NPC: Here uuggerr take this and leave me be

OMG I have done that soooo many times, the best one is when I actually got 8 people to do it at ONCE!!!!

Another good one is my soon as the EXSACT same character I have, but I am level 68 and he is level 5 but we look identical.
He likes to 2 box me and him and sit in w.commons at the toll both, and invis me up and wait with his toon at GIX.
He will stand us ontop of each other and time it where, he goes invis and breaks my invis at the EXSACT same time.
Did I mention his toon is Uuuggerr and mine is Uuggerr, hard to see the switch.
He then runs up to gix and slaughters him with 1 hit.
Noobs and seasoned toons on alts alike will see this, and by the time they can get over there and target him ect he will have switched them back.
When people as HOW did you kill Gix? he is WAY undercon and kills level 30's.. he just shrugs and says I dont know maybe they fixed it.
They then see gix spawn and run up for a quick and free port back to thier bind point.
Not as funny to me as the begging, but still quiet funny to some hehe.

Back in the early days of EQ there was some chest item with great stats but NEG HIT POINTS... I do not recall how many but it was around 50.
We would find some lvl 1-3 who you knew had very low HP and gave them some drive-by buffs and then gave them the chest item........
Of course as soon as the buffs wore off BANG... LOADING PLEASE WAIT......... (since the NEG HP were more than their total HP)......
Watch the noob run back to their body and re-equip the BP... LOADING PLEASE WAIT..... over and over and over.....
We would find some lvl 1-3 who you knew had very low HP and gave them some drive-by buffs and then gave them the chest item........
Of course as soon as the buffs wore off BANG... LOADING PLEASE WAIT......... (since the NEG HP were more than their total HP)......

I'm so glad you did this. Not only did he deserve what he got, but I've always wondered what would happen if you did this. One time I gave a friend 1k in cp just to be a smartass, but we were at the bank so no big deal. What's even better is he wanted the pp so bad he'd rather sit there and beg for help than simply destroy it and spend his half hour actually trying to earn the money. Oh well, some folks never learn. Great joke! =)

Heh, prolly not the best or funniest but had me laughin my *** off one day. Was drunk as hell playing my shaman and had wolf pet (not the new see thru ones) the wolf ones and sat there cussin his *** out in front of my whole group all night for being a ksing drood trying to steal all our kills while we were hunting Giants in RM. Most of our group had played with us afore but the one guy who hadnt got really pissed started threating Jebober with petitions and stuff, when he finally found out he left group in a huff.
