Clockwork Commander Widgetsworth in Lavastorm gives a mission called "War machines". You play as clockworks and rescue the gnomes in sol A.

hint for War Machines
Well the best hint I can give is to use the find button..and stay together with your group. When we did this.. we died alot, but still had plenty of time to complete without any issues.

My group completed War machines twice tonight. First time we completed the task, looted one item and then got booted. No exp. Second time, we completed task, looted all items, evac'd out....no exp. Just what is the secret to getting exp for this mission?

As for:

Shiliskin Commoner's Shawl (common)
Hammer of Striking (uncommon)

These two items are the chest loots for Depths Spell Arc Mission 70, number 3. Yes Mission 70.3 is a MM where you play some ilithi... err, shiliskin defending against an invasion of dride... err, drachnid. Choices are Warrior, Rogue, Cleric, Enchanter, and Wizard (or was it Mage, we didnt use one lol) and level was 70.

The Clockwork mission was removed (and this is only hearsay) for the following reasons:-

1. An equal amount of chests would spawn to the amount of players. Instead of the normal one.

2. People were basically zerging the mission, i.e all 6 run to a hostage and free them, then split up to find more. Rinse and repeat. You could do this mission in 15 to 20mins that way.

3. Your alliance carried over to the mission, so someone with a positive gobo con, could just walk around and free the hostages. The mission would take 5 to 10 mins that way.

Can someone give the rundown on the Sk one for Infected paw..I tried it with 3 others and we couldn't find the levers...Any help would be appreciated

Well I did my first MM (stonebrunt Mt.) So I will share what I learned.
Go through Gulf of Gunthak and enter Stonebrunt through the doors on the Ship. Once in go almost due North to the Kejak City. Enter the gate and straight ahead about the 3rd kejak (with name)?Spelling..Julli..Hail him Reply(wish to join).
He assigns you Task:
1. Kill 10 Spirlings
2. Loot 5 Panda Pelts
3. Kill Kobold Warlord(which is straight back from gate and to right near Cave entrance) He spawns upon task completion of turning in Pelts. He has high resists until about 60% Health. Most drops are Bar,rng,Bst and Shm....Stats according to main charc lvl.

You can seledt type of monster ie..I chose Ranger for tracking and my Pardner chose Mage with fire pet. Spirlings was np snare and kill with pet and rng dot.
The Pandas drop the pelts more often than others. Be Careful of adds you are KOS to most animals. Hope this helps...sorry about the name spelling forgot..lol

OK I was trying The poisoned Flounder MM in butherblock. I got the mission and selected a monster to play but was unable to select any abilities. I believe it was a deck hand.

How do you get the abilities or spells they are showing in the right top window in the monster selection screen for the monster you have selected.
