I'm not sure how this was changed, but now when I hover my pointer over an item in my inventory, it doesn't show the name unless I right-click. Could someone please tell me how to change it back to how it used to be?

I used to be able to just hover the pointer over an item or buff, and the name would show up after a second. Now, nothing shows up unless a hold down the right mouse button.
I have had this same problem a few times on two different computers and accounts. The most annoying part was the buff timer was gone.
First time it happened I just logged out re-ran the patch and it was fixed.
The second time it lasted a couple days then one day it was unexplainably fixed.
The third and worst time it happened it lasted about three weeks. I was pulling my hair out. I checked the trouble shooting database at SOE, nothing. I emailed SOE but didn't get any real help. Finally one day after a server patch it was fixed.
Here are some things you can try:
/invwinlabels, this command toggles the labels on and off (didn't help me).
Do a complete file check.
Try an in game petition.
