Error MessageFollow

I get an error message everytime I enter my password to go to the server select screen. It says:

I cannot even get in game help and sony's infamous customer support doesn't open for anotehr five hours. And I already tried deleting eqgame.exe and eqmain.dll. And I redownloaded them any help?
