Just a head's up on what probably is about to happen on all the live servers. The various cestuses made from GoD tradeskilling are highly likely to be nerfed ratio-wise REAL soon.

Stated by Maddoc, the head tradeskill guy at Sony:

These items are going to be nerfed in one of the next patches. Likely the 3/10 one. Already it has been reported that the Pale Velium Inlaid Cestus is now a 10/22 weapon with a 45 reccomended level on it.

Just warning you guys what will probably happen with the Wednesday patch.

Buried amidst the usual bout of whinging and hyperbole was this gem;

"I suspect you'll be retracting that statment when you scratch more than just the surface of the Gates Smithing recipes (You did know there's roughly 700 new smithing recipes, right?).

I think some of you will be pleasantly surprised when you get to making the better weapons with the higher quality ore. Others won't be impressed at all, but overall, you should get a nice market for yourselves with these weapons."
