[li]I was just curious about where most people farm, what they farm, and how well they're doing.

[li]At lvl 39 as a Druid I farmed Blackburrow one night with a higher lvl Dark elf Mage who was trying to get better fraction. He'd count his pulls and I think his record was like 130+ gnolls. He'd just nuke em with a hit all nuke and then I'd loot. He killed so many that I couldn't loot them all without the timer going out, but by the time the timer did go out the Gnoll's would all Pop and then I'd have to start looting again. Loot wasn't great by any means, but it's an easy zone, and as long as you're not bothering the low lvl's I'd sugest it because the amount of fraction you can get. Afterwards the Dark Elf was still KOS, but give it a few more days, and he wouldn't be.

as a 39 druid, you can easily be killing Hill Giants in Rathe Mountains. Oh and its faction (not fraction).

not sure I understand your sig either.

i'm guessing he means train as in practice, not pull a mad load of mobs over other people. and probably addressing the fact its hard to find a group anywhere anymore. just a guess.

Najena is a nice little place to farm that noone ever goes to. the mage focus pieces sell in the bazaar for a decent amount, and its fun to run around and murder everything in sight.

If you are going to farm it is good to be somewhere with a merchant and bank nearby, preferably in the same zone. My favorite place is Crystall Caverns - the dwarf town has merchants and a banker, and even a couple of forges to smith velium into small stackable pieces (for selling to players). The velium weapons sell for decent money. Most of the gear that drops there isn't worth more than vendor fodder these days. Crystalline silk sells to players for tailoring. You could also hunt geonids too (sell the gems).

Grimling Forest is another zone you can farm, sell and bank in. Sell runes to vendors, sell acrylia to players.

If there isn't a merchant nearby you might look for stuff that stacks. Spider silk is generally a good selling item, and there are many zones to farm it (though the crag spiders in East Karana probably drop the most).

You could kill mamouths in Everfrost and sell the tusks to merchants for about 10p each. Good way to make some money while waiting for that LDoN adventure to start. :)

At 39 I'm not sure how much there is you can farm in terms of big price items, at least on most servers where stuff is so devalued. Personally I'd rather go after the quick money items - and leave the selling to the bazaar-junkies. :)

i agree on the HG in rathe comment, if i can take them solo (46 ranger) a 39 druid could definetly solo them with ease. I def recommend the root/rot/nuke so many druids go for hehe. That or just level till 45 then farm a bunch cuz KEI will be a big help in drood farming. Another suggestion is Sol B but u will prolly need a group. The mobs are level 30-50 but if you stay by the enterance there is a chance for mithril drops and FS/bronze/henbane also drop and that all sells for a few pp. Going further in though can result in some really decent gear that could sell in bazaar.

Actually, as a 39 druid you can get great xp and great loot at once.

First, if you do not yet know how to quad, learn. You can practice on cougars in ice clad to learn the trade if needed.

Then, head to Oasis. Yes, I said Oasis. At 39, with 170ish wisdom you should be able to quad the spectars there. Make sure you harmony the tower, then pull the 4 on the outside. If you stay in wolf form most of the undead in the zone will not aggro when you pull back to shore. This also has the added bonus of helping to max swimming.

The spectars do have a small life tap proc if they get close, but they are SLOW! When killed they drop rusty scythes (junk), bronze scythes (3pp ish), and Scythes (12pp ish). They also drop random jewels and pages.

I used to make several hundred PP here an hour with my druid, and each quad was about 3/4 of a blue xp as I remember, maybe more

Have fun and hope this helps!

I would agree in farming CC. Many smithers need velium for Cultural recipies. (spell check on that) It is also a nice way to get some cash, but requires some time and dedication.

i have been told corn is still a very reliable choice

Corn is nice, but if you live in kunark, Rice is a much more reliable choice.
