Mistletoe... I need mistletoe for armguards. Any ideas where I can find it? merchants have not been helpful so far...

Here we go... Will o' Wisp... Can only be attacked by Magical Weapons? So in order to complete my Battlemaster Armor, I have to find a magical weapon... Greatttt.................
