I know how to create text boxes for different things: tells, group, guild, etc. I also see the "Raid" selection in the channel and filter chat box options, and have created those as well. However, on my last raid, I was instructed to put all chat in the "yadda-guild-raid" channel. How is this accomplsihed? I did not see "yadda-guild-raid" as an option in the channel and filters menu. I've looked but can't find the answer in prior disucssions.

Thanks

If you join a chat channel you can filter this chat to a window by selecting 'other' from the drop down list of filters. In 'other' will be listed all your chat channels, which I presume are your custom raid channels Smiley: smile

If you're in a raid then you'll see the raid talk going on you can right click your chatbox , chose channel and chose raid and you will now be speaking in raid.

If they were using a chat channel /join yaddayaddaraid then right click your chat box, chose channel, chose chat, chose yaddayaddaraid you will now be talking in the chatroom they set up.

K, now i have a wierd issue that noone has ever had an answer too..I 've been on only one raid ever, and /join a channel, and have never been able to get off that channel. I've tried /leave and get the message "you are not on any channels." The other day someone was spamming the channel with" I am trying to learn a language, can anyone understand me?" It drove me bananas. The channel is:
channel off=1
any help would be greatly appreciated.
