This came over guidchat the other day.
Someone was telling us that the warrior in their group very nearly died because they continued attacking through enrage. Someone in the group commented that they must have forgotten to turn off attack and the warrior would have none of it. He maintained it was his job to keep aggro and he would "plough thru" enrage and it was up to the healer to keep him up.
This struck me as a very odd attitude. I've always been taught to turn of attack and just use taunt or spells to retain aggro during enrage.
As I understand it Enrage is a situation where the mob has 100% riposte on frontal attacks. If I'm right then continuing to attack does little or no damage (except procs I guess).
Is there a case for "ploughing through"?
