Group AA skillsFollow

Has anyone used the new group AA skills? I currently have 7 of 8 AA grp leadership "points" and was wondering what the health one does. Does it raise HPs of all in the group all the time or is it sta that it raises? It only says raises groups health and says nothing about HPs which could mean sta. Also, does it work all the time or is it triggered on this skill, and how many Hps does it raise the group?
