Viewing skills :: World of Warcraft

can anyone help me please

I can view my skills on my char's information when I am playing
only on my main char. When I log onto my alts the buttong to
view my skill lvls does not work. Right now the only way I am
able to view my skills on my alts is to go to my trainer.

Can anyone help my figure out how to fix this??
