Spellbar lost it's submenusFollow

I can no longer bring up the submenus for spell selection or saving/loading spellsets, that appear when you right click on a spell slot, or right click on the spellbook button on the spellbar. This is broken on my Vah Shir bard, but not on my dark elf wizard. I thought it had been fixed when I was able to use it with my wizard, but i camped and came back to my cat, and it was still broken. I haven't checked my other characters yet to see if they have the problem. This started occurring before I installed the new expansion, it started happening a couple of days ago, my expansion box just arrived today. Anyone else ever have this problem, and how did you fix it?

No, I haven't installed a custom UI recently, been using one on some characters, but it was installed quite awhile ago. Interesting though, my wizard (the one with no problem) is using the custom UI, and my cat (the problem one) is using the default UI. I might log wizard and switch back to default UI and see if the problem then shows up with him too.
