The Elite Force Guild (?????)Follow

Last night in OT one of The Elite Force Guild members named Nokram took it upon himself to train a bunch of gargoyle Goons and other goons up to the SF Ramp and surrounding groups about 5 times last night intentionally killing near everyone even a couple lvl 65 people,then goes to one of the mountain continents where alot of lvl 1's go and did the same thing their (according to a lvl 65 druid who checked) bad part about it is hes even a Dark Elf and hes running from the goons, I was wondering how do I contact the Elite Force about this member? I do know last night pretty much all of OT reported him to the GM's for doing that, one person got a SS although I dunno how but I think his name Was Faded, so you see him ask for that SS. Any info would be appreciated.
