You will notice that the est. time for this patch is 9hrs. and it started at 3:00am PST that means that it should be done 12:00pm(noon)PST(-8GMT)

not if yo in the uk 3am in whatever time they posted -8 hrs is 7AM and now its 18:45 and i cant get in BAH BAH BAH BAH
