I was just reading over the skill caps of the beserker. Shows 2hs, 2hb, and piercing weapon skills. Along with Double attack around lvl 20. But no duel weld?! Maybe it was a mistake, I'd hope so. A beserker who cant duel weld wouldnt make sense.

Berserkers are limited to two handed weapons and throwing, IIRC. Dual Wield would be useless to them, because they cannot use one handed weapons.
And no, they can't dual wield two handers.
