need help..what lvl will these spells DEFINITELY work ?????Follow

im a lvl 22 BST ,and im wanting to know if these spells WILL work for me FOR SURE before i buy the item ,...heres the list.....
1.aura of bravery ?
2.chromatic chaos ?
3.regeneration 3 ?

how do i know if a spell on an item i buy will work for me?

First the weapon has to be usable by a beast lord or in the case of armor wearable by you. There are some items that can be used to cast a spell even if you are not wearing them. I.e J boots and the forlorn totem of rallos zek.

I am not aware of any definate list of item level and procs. Perhaps if you go to a BL site and ask this question you will find answers. Most folks ask ooc in the Bazaar what level an item will proc at.
Most of the spells associated with class armor, such as the deepwater paladin armor and the dolans armor for clerics will not work until level 45.

no , i just wanted to know if theres a way to tell what lvl the item procs at for sure ,so i dont buy it then realize it doent proc till 30 lvl's later ,but i guess theres not. thx for the help guys

A little info

Anything that says "Effect: 'whatever' (worn)" will take effect as soon as you put it on and always be in effect. Most (if not all) items with this type of effect are not level limited unless the item has a required level on it.
Anything that says "Effect: 'whatever' (Cast time ##)" is an item that must be right clicked to cast the spell. Most of those type of items DO have a required level to click/cast the effect.
Anthing that says "Effect: 'whatever' (Combat)" is a weapon proc. It means that the effect will happen randomly in combat as long as you're swinging the weapon at something. Most items of this type also have a required level before the effect will work.
