My password doesn't work, the sony website is so slow it's dead, no customer service on weekends or after 6pm pst. GRRR.

Ok thanks, tried that, didn't work. I am able to get on my second account, but I am in limbo on my first until I spend some time on the phone with sony.

Try going here to recover your password. I had the same problem once where my password became corrupted and I could not log in.

Going here your password will be reset and emailed to you. You can then log in and change it to what ever you want. Hope this helps.
