Is there a quest which require orc scalps? If so, what is it and where do I obtain the quest? Thanks

Give the scalps to Captain Ashlan in High Pass Hold and raise the following factions:
Carson McCabe
Corrupt Qeynos Guards
Freeport Militia
Highpass Guards
Merchants of Highpass
The two high lighted ones are the main reason for me doing this quest with my Iksar Monk (faction mule).
The best place to collect Orc Scalps is Crushbone.
The fastest way to raise Highpass guard faction, so you can do hand-ins, is to kill the named Orcs in Kithicor forest. 4 static spawns in the very south east corner of Kith. Safe spot from undead during the night, as well, so you can stay in the corner 24/7 and have no problems.
