I have the Necklace of Dementia from EF with type1, type1, type2 slots. I added +6str to the first type1 and +6svm to the second. The profiler will only show the aug I added last and it shows it in both type 1 slots.

havent tried using multiple slot 1 augs in an item so i havent seen it, but make sure you report it in game using /bug
It might be better to post the problem in the sticky topic at the top of this forum topic list, it is there for reporting problems with the profiler. I don't think a bug report to SOE will get any results, it's not their profiler.
