i have 2 questions(for now anyways)

with a rogue is backstab aoutmatic once you get it as long as you attacking from behind or do you specifically have to do it

and with BL's i saw that the epic weapon is hand to hand so my question is this do the get any kind of bonus using hand to hand or should i use soemthing like piercing early on as long as i keep hand to hand up?

It is not an automatic attack. You will need to spend a training point in it at level 10. You will also need to attach backstab to a hotkey and place it in your hotkey bank.

Look for a mob, get behind it, press that button (8 in my case). You will notice that it will take a few seconds to pop up again. As soon as it does, hit it again. And again, and again. This will make you skill up (except when done on green con mobs)

You will not backstab on every attempt (unfortunately) - so don't worry if you don't see stabs of 100+ damage on your first few attempts.

Beastlords get a higher skill cap with h2h. At lower levels, use whatever you like (ideally keeping all skills maxed.) At higher levels, it's hard to beat h2h...
