I currently cannot login to Everquest on any of my computers. Nor can I log onto SOE's forums. The Everquest live homepage is up - kind of. No server downtime or scheduled patches listed. Did I miss a patch announcement? Or is SOE hosed? Which pisses me off, since I have a day off work due to my car dying on me.

Yeah. There was a scheduled 2 hour down time for almost all servers at 3am pst.
Then they came back around 5:45am pst and said it would be down until 6:30am pst.
Ten minutes ago everything fell.

Any chance that this patch is related to the IGE/Yantis issuses. ie. are they fixing some plat duping issues, and exploits?

more likely that some one from Tech hit the wrong Fkey and crashed the entire server
