I passed lvl 19 today and am looking for a few spells - Affliction, Infectious Cloud, Vision. From Alla's info, you can only find them in Cabilis or in the case of Vision from Gadillion in Oasis of Marr.
I don't think I can get into Cabilis safely, being a barb. Is Starn Bearjumper still around? Or is there somewhere else to get DOT's for good shamen?

My shaman got the dots from the barbarian waaaaaay out in Everfrost. Froze her little froggie toes.

These spells can also be found in Shar Vahl in the Alchemist's building. Go up the stairs and the NPC directly in front you sells the spells.
