I just turned lvl 29 and bought this spell. However it will not let me memorize it even though it shows on the spell description that I am the right level, and class. It also show this being an available spell for druids on this website and in the EQ book.
I also had this problem with invigor, it would not let me learn it either.
Anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.

First Invigor is no longer a valid spell. They changed the use of endurance so folks no longer have endurance loss due to combat. The yellow bar is now used in connection with class disciplines. Sell your spell back.
Imbue plains pebble may only be for Karana worshipers. If you worship Tunare that is most likely the problem.

The same thing happened to me just the other day. Xythex is correct, your Deity is more than likely Tunare... which limits you to the 'Imbue Emerald' spell.
