Poor unexcusable SOE service please readFollow

Show your support here for SOE not getting to the root of this problem. No need to get all offensive on SOE just let them know that this is non sense and unexcusable, and the poorest Customer Service they have shown to date.
over 3 weeks now . and pakcafan still cant get into time. Enlighted Dark ( first guild on tarew marr) to get into time and the greedy guild of the server ) they somehow get it fixed for them and go on one of pakcafans days for time. They knew it got fixed and sounds like they used pakcafans day just so they could be more greedy and mess it up for pakcafan some more.
