Item CollectorFollow

Cant remember where this thread is so I'm posting here.
I have tried on many occasions to install Item collector,but each time I do I get the blue screen of death,lock up or comp shuts off.This occurs when I first try to install it.It gets to tyhe first file install and poof.I have tried intalling in several locations and drives and the same thing happens.What am I doing wrong.I run Windows ME with a 650 meg AMD Athlon.Can you give me some suggestions to install this.
