Key questionFollow

I have Old Bone key, is this the one for befallen? I forget and the site doesn't list it.

I have the bone finger key that drops on the 5th floor of ToFS, my key ring says ToFS 5. My question is have I used the bone finger key? I was up on 6a on ToFS and I'm not sure how Sony is labeling the keys. Is ToFS 5 meaning I hae used only the keys up to the 5th floor, or have I used the 5th floor key?
