I have a shrunken goblinskull earring but I want to know what other insta click items are available for raid events to help with mobs that dispell buffs...oh and prices would be nice too.

Cheap and cheerful one that can be clicked from inventory is the Spyglass. A tinkered item it is normally around the 30pp mark. It does distort your viewpoint but you can adapt to that better than adjusting your viewpoint from say the back end of a dragon to PoK.
