In order of priority assuming you want to level as quickly as possible from level 1 and that you will spend time soloing.

Fungi tunic (Not sure on prices these days though and it varies from server to server, if you can get one for under 70kpp go for it)
Haste Item (RBB/CoF if you get a good deal, otherwise SCHW or FBSS)
Decent ratio weapon (Reaver is ideal)
Spend the change on cheapish armour with raw hitpoints and decent AC

On Saryrn, at least, a Fungi + a CoF would put you 30-40k in the hole Smiley: wink

Really, I guess I'd buy a good haste item and spend the rest on decent enough armor to get me into the 50's. If you plan on taking your time levelling, everything will be cheaper by the time you reach 50 and need to upgrade (haste items hold their value over time, hence my saying to get one now). If you plan on PLing to 60 by Saturday, just buy equipment as if you're a lvl 60 shadowknight shopping.

I agree with getting the best haste item you can and everything else will fall into place. Armor is getting very inexpensive with all the "steel" types from Ldon. Weapons give you a wide area as well.
