Q about dmg. bonusFollow

im aware that the dmg. bonus is only for prime hand.

my question is what does it do to the ratio of the weapon?

(weapon is 13/21 with a 10dmg bonus)

A. does it make the weapon 23/21 when in the prime hand?

B. does it leave the weapon 13/21 and just always add 10 at the end of calcualtion of the amount of damage every hit off the RNG?
