Just a gripe....Follow

I understand "Fear" cannot be cast on people, only NCP. At first glance I did not think much of it. But after being "Blinded", I really cannot understand how "Fear" is not allowed. Being blinded renders you virtually immobile with no fighting abilities. Fear at least allows the person to know what is going on and in many cases wears off before the DOT actually kills. Sony really needs to rethink this entire thought process regarding "Fear" and "Blinding".

The rationale behind the former has some merit...(Peeps were getting feared into MOBS and suffering loss of exp) the rationale behind the latter totally escapes me. No where did I put that Orc Pick.....

You have have hotkeys ready to dispell or cure a blind on yourself. You can't do anything about a fear.
