Just a gentle reminder to people who are going to do LDON adventures. Last night we had a great party (level 25-30) and just started an adventure when two of our peeps (apparently roomates) had to leave the game to go pick up a dog from the Vet before it closed. This happened just after one of the peeps had dinged level 26 (ironic I am sure).
Now I understand completely that Real-Life takes presedence over Everquest. Not a problem there.
However, please plan your day around the fact that it takes roughly 30 minutes to get a group and then 10 minutes to get to the appropriate dungeon. Then the real adventure begins and lasts for 90 minutes (possibly less depending on group skill). Thats a total time of just over 2 hours.
So if you have to leave in less time then that then please do not group up with a bunch of other people thinking that you can leave at any time. What really stings is that the three of us left just missed beating the adventure by 2 minutes. We were fighting the named mob in an assassination mission when the buzzer sounded.
This is my rant for the day. I feel much better now!
