The zone of Felwood Forest is classified as a contested zone north of Ashenvale. Felwood is a badly corrupted forest area inhabited by all manner of tainted creatures, satyrs, infernals, rotting treants and the Emerald Circle fighting to stop the encroaching blight in the land. In addition, there are two tribes of the vicious and unpredictable furbolgs, the Timbermaw, found here.

There are two FPs that the horde can pick up...the first is as you enter from Ashenvale in Emerald Sanctuary and the second is at Bloodvenom Post, loc 34, 54. You can get to it by following the trail that branches off from the main path at 40, 50 just north of Jaedenar

I ran through looking for the FP for my blood elf to get it.
I found it at 34, 53.
I tried the coords below, but ended up to far south with a mountain in the way and several corpse runs back. Perhaps I have a different coord program, so if you dont find it at the below coords, try these too.
I did it at lvl 36 with a lot of deaths, but I have it now!

There is also a FP at the southern end of the zone on the east side of the road at Morlos'Aran next to Emerald Sanctuary or in Emerald Sanctuary. I just got them both.

I LOVE this zone. I kill the warpwoods or irontree stompers for major health potions, herbalism herbs, or living essences which sell for about 10g a pop. I also kill the furlbogs for mageweave (south zone) or runecloth (north zone).

The only gripe I have about this place is that it's annoying to get to, for either side. The flight paths are in very hard to reach areas. I recommend level 47 plus before coming here.
