Entrance above the Ramparts

The entrance is up in the actuall citadel overlooking to the Hellfire Ramparts. To enter, head south from Thrallmar and around the walls of the complex. It as well as the portal to the ramparts are on the southern side of the citadel, near the road to Honor Hold.

I found the location of Blood furnace - you have to go out of Honor Hold thru the Northern gate, pass the western keep and the mine of Honor Hold. Go to the southern rampart, it is on the right side of the road. You have to go up the stair case that is on the southern edge of the rampart. You can't miss it, it is being guarded . Then you just follow the rampart straight to the instance of the Blood furnace. There are no forks in the road, it actually leads you straight to the Blood Furnace instance.

Look up Hellfire Citadel. It has all the quests listed there.
