1. you create it and lose a soulshard in the process.
2. you right-click it with no target to store your own soul inside and if you die within 30 minutes you have the option to revive(come back to life) at your body OR release your soul as normal
3. if you want to use it on another party member instead you target them first and it gives them the option to revive at their body if they die within 30 min.
4. no you cant give it to people, if you want them to have the option to revive when they die you must target them and then right click the soulstone to store their soul in it.
5. as nveber said you can only have 1 soulstone active(on yourself OR 1 other party member, not both) at a time, you can conjure as many as you can hold I think BUT after you store a soul there is a 30 min cooldown before you can use another one (i dont know if this cooldown stays after you die like the hearthstones) AND the soul stored, 'escapes?' after 30 min aka, 30 min after the soul is stored the person cant revive with it anymore, they have to get a new one on them.
6. SO you will want to use this on yourself when soloing/small partying, and you will want to use it on a party member that can revive others when in raids(like priest or shaman?).
Once it is created, right click on the soulstone if you anticipate using it within 30mins, this stores your soul, you need to do this before you die.
You will then have the option of re-incarnating when you die, as well as releasing your spirit.
You can only re-incarnate exactly where you die, so if there are mobs too close there is a good chance you'll die. If you store your soul and do not use it within 30mins you need to start the process again from the start, with a new soul shard.
To use it on someone else, target them before right clicking on the soulstone, and it will work on them the same as it does for yourself.
The 30 mins cooldown applies to storing souls, you can only store your soul every 30 mins.

I can't figure it out...
It doesn't work after you die.?
If you are in a group and someone dies before you... can you rez them with the soulstone??
Have a prob with he the soulstone if I use it it has a 30 min cooldown so far so good.
BUT: not only my soulstone needs 30 min but all of my spells 2! Is tis a bug or does it work that way. If it works like tis with 30 min cooldown stone and spells.
My conslusion SoulSTone is pretty useless if u cast on ur zelf ?
Want me to make something, only whisper me ingame :)

Do you have to right click on it before you die?
Use it on yourself if soloing.. Probably should use it on a class that has a resurection spell such as the priest while grouping. If the group wipes, the priest can click the reincarnate button to rez themserves, and then rez the rest of the party.
Thanks
