I've just come across this via the warrior trainer, also Bloodthirst and Shield Slam are rank 2, all at level 48. However, I'm level 52 and confused! I'm checking with Wu Shen in SW, just going to Goldshire to see the other trainer.. Oh well, if you know anything or have the same problem, please post, thanks!

Ok, posted a ticket online and feel a little bit of a fool - it seems the talent requires 30 talents to become active - so I was told... Hmm GM guys are very helpful!
