I spent 20 gold to respec my talents ~again~ just to have this. I was constantly chasing down alliance and having them JUUUUST get out of range on their mounts before I could fear them, causing me to have to get back on my horse and try to hunt them down again. Major pain in the ass, but also good for long-range affliction to mobs when you want to stay away from them just in case they run from your demon toward you and you want to fear them ;)
