Ok so here's the deal. This is a good talent but only use it when you have on presence of mind. Also if in a BG get berserker buff. The point of it is to use Presence of Mind, then Arcane Power and if possible get Arcane Energy. This will make it and instant cast, improve damage by 30%, and if you use Arcane Energy and/or Berserker buff, you will get +160 and/or 30% more damage. It really isn't a mana waster to if you have those other few buffs =)

This is a nice magic ! Ecspecially if you are a fire Mage and have Pyro, you can cast it instant ! :D I'm going to get this, ASAP :D
