Travel to Blackrock Spire and slay Warchief Rend Blackhand. Take his head and return to Orgrimmar.

You, <Name>, will find a way to pass through the Halls of Ascension. You will then find 'Warchief' Rend Blackhand and you will destroy him - FOR THE HORDE!

The next time you return to my chambers, you will hold his head high in triumph and then you shall present it to your Warchief. Do this and be honored as a hero of the Horde.

The tank trinket, however, is 1 of the 2 best tank trinkets you can get pre ZG/onxyia/mc+. Stack it with DM book reward trinket and you are solid. Theres an enchanter tank trinket, which im an enchanter, but this has higher armor+dodge

for blackhand's breath, It has to compete with rune of the guard captain, the rog Renataki's Charm of Trickery but it outperformes Royal Seal of Eldre'Thalas except for mc runs

So, if you want to do it in no-skill easy mode, I'd recommend getting this quest done quickly. ;)

I am so so tempted by Blackhand's Breadth because 2% crit is awesome for enhansement shammy which is what I do for most of my personal free time.
However, I am in a raiding guild, and in that raiding guild all I do is cast spells, and there the crit to melee would be useless to me, whereas the 2% spell crit is VERY nice. I even use spells while soloing, so this is something I would use all the time.
about 20 agi = 1% crit
about 100 int = 1% spell crit
so you do the math and figure out which one would be more impossible to replace.
I choose Eye of the Beast.
