does he drop the axe on heroic only?

64 feral was in a group with 2 shamans, hunter, and mage, but one of the shamans and the mage died fighting the mobs before this guy somehow, but I managed to survive via frenzied regen and the 3 of us were able to down this guy with me tanking, although i did die right before he did, it was still pretty funny.

indeed easy. I was the only healer in my group as a pally. And I did dps on this fight. we needed no healing whatsoever lol.

When fighting the Orcs, they tend to shift aggro around a lot, often going right for the healer. It is safe to use Fear on them to keep them off the healer as well as using it for a form of Crowd Control. We typically use fear on the last group as soon as they come out as they otherwise tend to all run right at the healer.

The way to down him: clear the room whit the lever ...when your ready to start the boss pull the lever...this will upen the north eastern room whit 3 orcs, once those are killed the oposite room will open releasing more orcs, after that the norht western room will open and lastly the south western room.... don't take too long killing the orcs or the next room will be released after a wile ... and those orcs cant' be targeted before all of the old orcs are dead (there is some elites and some non elites).

When the last room is cleared the door to the boss will open and he will come in ....the boss is dam simple (about as hard as the second room) he will release poison clouds every now and then ticking at 700 DMG. So the tank will have to move around abit.

(Save your man for hte last room of orcs ...you won't need so mutch for the boss itself)
