I check the AH constantly on 2 servers and I haven't seen one of these in over a year. That's how rare it is! I'd love this for my 39 twink, but I doubt that will happen.

Having a mix of stats and +healing on the same piece of gear is very valuble.

Whitemane's Chapeau is a very good hat, it also is obtainable at a lower level and BoP.

14 int
14 spirit
9 stamina

I hit 38 and am replacing my Holy Shroud (6 spirit, +33 heals) with this, I had previously planned on getting the Whitemane's Chapeau, but now I have no need!

Anyways, good for a priest ;)

The existance of a "merchant price" does not mean that it is sold by a merchant. Every non-quest item in the game has that information.

If it really was vendor sold, it would almost certainly have it listed. Since all that is listed is 2 mobs (who are located in Uldaman), then there are no verifable sightings of it coming from anywhere else.
