I carried a pair of these for more than ten level's, my friend chanted 'em for free +?damage,finally outgrew 'em hated selling them, but alas,that's how it goes.
Bought em both for around 25gp each, well worth it.

I got this god weapon (for 30's) on the AH for 6g. This is the best PVP weapon that I've ever gotten with its chance to decrease all attributes by 2 for 1 minute. Anyone who wants to kick some major butt, get this axe.

I got one from a solid chest in desolace magram centaur village.

I really don't get why you need to kill enemies of higher levels to get lower level items (weapons, armor, etc.). By time you can kill an enemy for the item, you need a higher level item. This seems to affect all online RPG games. It would work out better for us if the enemies dropped the item we needed at a level we could kill them at and the dropped item is useful at our current level.

The guy in duskwood (alliance territory). He's some undead level 35 for a quest "Stalvan's legend" or something like that.

That's who I was thinking about when I see this axe, like if it dropped off him or such.

Seems to proc all the time. I tank with it and it shows up on almost every mob. Confuses group members too. "Curse of stalvan? where'd that come from?"

I used this axe for a long time on my shammy. Its great!
