Can a level 29 twink rogue get this?
Im trying to find a weapon i can get the Moongoose Enchant on and so far this is the only weapon i can find since there are no daggers that are 35+ quest rewards.

So i am doing a lvl 39 paladin twink, and got wondering if this or vanquisher's sword ( http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?witem=10823 ) would be better for a paladin. please help meh out :)

its true horde weapon is better its not vanquishers both horde and alliance have that quest,, but it is Sword of Omen go search it and u will see better stats and better speed

Yea I used to dual weild this and Vanquisher's and I pwned hard if I don't say so myself, I just got Phantom Blade and I chose the vanquisher's over serenity cause it's a better combat rogue wep. :( I do have to say i miss my serenity though.

Imho the reward for the horde quest is better, as you get vanquisher sword wich has the same dmg as this, but better stats. This sword has some shabby stats compared 2 the horde one. So go horde!!

To get the quest you need to talk to a human in Nijels point Desolace, he is in the inn near the edge of the cliff the inn is placed.

He will send you to a place right south of magram village. the gibs are lvl 37-38 and necroes at lvl 40 who will summon more gibs.
This place is also used by another quest so be careful if you start seeing magram ghosts.
A priest @ lvl 36 had no probs with this quest(holy/dis specced) but you need to be careful.

After you return the quest he continues to brag about his crusade and tells you to visit southshore to talk to a guy, he will be in the second floor of the inn. He will tell you that the dude in Nijels are outdated on information and that you have to travel to the monastry and kill the leaders there.

And if you are a rogue, get the dagger.
If you want to walk around with sword then get the Vanquisher sword

First off, you need to find the Scarlet Emissary in Stowmwind cathederal- hes in a little side room and you can't miss him if you explore.
The second quest you need to do is 'down the scarlet path' in the badlands. You get it from a guy in a scarlet uniform in Nijels Point, you can't miss him if you look around. The quest involves sneaking past alot of level 40 mobs to kill some level 37-38 undeads. I managed it very easily as a level 36 warrior.
On completion of that your told to go to Southshore in hillsbrad, and talk to a guy who nearly burns the frikking inn down then gives you the quest.
So, no Stormwind whatsoever.

I WANNA DO THE quest today since scholl is out for me tommorow

GO to Descolace, speak with the Scarlet Emissary there, he will send you on a quest to kill 30 skeletons. Return to him and he will give you a quest to kill the bosses in 3 out fo the 4 Scarlet Monastery Instances, after you return to him, he will award you this sword.
