Got this today fishing a school of Fangtooths in a small water area in Baleheim, Howling Fjord. It's close to the barracks building where the L70 elite is.

You'll need to fish this guy up for your Salty title, but where exactly it drops, I'm not sure. Pools of glacial salmon seem to be a prime spot (although perhaps just because salmon is so valuable to casters and healers, people are already there) and I hear the Fjord is a popular spot.

It may not have the most awesome of stats, but it sure is a ridiculously awesome fish! The icon, the description... I got one as a present the other day and I love showing it off. It's perfectly suitable for running around questing with if you're ranged and already half-way geared.
I just have to remember to take it off for raids...
