I passed on this neck 3 times because the 70 blue item I had was just as good. Then I heard they were upgrading some epics to make them more in-line with what they should have been to start with. So the last time it dropped I rolled and won. Now it looks like this item was overlooked with the patch. Please add another 5 STA and about 10-20 more attack so this item doesn't win the "Suckiest Purple" award! Compare it to a comparable neck piece:

This necklace is kinda pathetic. We talking about a 4 stamina increase only when compared to the lvl 60 epic from Kel Thuzad, Stormrage's Amulet of Seething.

This dropped for me off the last boss in Slavepen's Heroic mode. Id rather have Worgen Claw necklace from Attumen.
