Unfortunately this epic L70 Cape, dropped from one of the hardest bossen in Karqazhan is only a very slight improvement over the blue reward of a not-so-difficult L65 Nagrand Quest. (Delicate green Poncho - http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?witem=28032)

I know that isn't alot but 17 AP is decent and unfortunately Blizz didn't make anyone item a real big imporvement when you go from rare to epic in BC PvE until you get into The Eye, Black Temple and SSC.

Well balanced cape of a challenging encounter. A rather rare drop rate will make it kind of hard to acquire, however.
