This cloak is a nice upgrade for a warrior or a rogue from MC/BWL (cloak of firemaw/cloak of shrouded mists), in fact it is the best cloak for a fury warrior or a rogue in the game (for pure DPS).

This is the best rogue cloak in the game according to the very dependable http://www.shadowpanther.net/ AEP equivalency chart (refuting the kid that said you can get better cloaks prior). Also, why does the ugly orc in that picture have some bloodfang, that godly cloak, and then shadowcrap boots?

Picture above doesn't really due the cloak justice.

If your guild can kill this, you should have gotten a shot at Shrouded Mists, or a Windshear cape from in the Silithus lords.

This is definately not a hunter cloak.

Any hunter in a guild capable of killing Skeram should have a sufficient amount of +hit% gear.

Along with the Strength, this cloak is without a doubt a rogue/warrior/feral druid cloak.

Are yuo @#%^ing stupid? This is without a doubt compareable with Cloak of firemaw/Puissant cape, The only that actually is better for rogues is the C'thun Cloak.
And no, you can NEVER have too much +hit items as a Rogue/Dual-wield warrior.
This cape is useless sh*t for Hunters.

Hunters and strength? Am I assuming right that you have http://www.curse-gaming.com/mod.php?addid=2844 installed?

This is AQ.. I am quite sure that the first drops are going to the classes that profit from ALL the stats on the items..
