Yeah this is definately nice, kinda looking at it now and thinking about it, 1% hit is a good stat to have, it's 4 AP less than the exalted AB cape, but it gives the good 1% hit extra,.. which builds up for PVE

With the advent of 1.11 this cloak is being upgraded to epic quality with the following stats:

Drape of Unyielding Strength
Binds when picked up
Back Cloth
50 Armor
+15 Strength
+9 Agility
+9 Stamina
Equip: Increases Chance to hit by 1%.
Classes: Warrior
Requires Level 60

Bringing it basically into line with the Cloak of Concentrated Hatred.

In other words, get this cloak now!
